Hey @Chirenon, sure glad you liked my latest picture. I see you even “liked” it. Unfortunately what didn’t find so flattering was you ripping my OC, photoshopping a face on it and then slapping it up on your generic fair use nightmare you call a blog.
Where do you get off blatantly stealing content from other sources, adding some unimaginative text and then having the balls to brand it with your watermark when about 80% of the image isn’t even yours.
“I understand. You found paradise in [tumblr], had a good trade, made a good living. The
[Tumblr Doms] protected you; and there were courts of law. And you didn’t need a friend of me. But uh, now you come to me and you say – ”[CoyoteKid] give me [your OC].“ – But you don’t ask with respect. You don’t offer friendship. You don’t even think to [credit me]. Instead, you come into my [blog] on the day of my [weekend] and you uh ask me to do murder, for money.” - The Godfather (see that’s how you cite a source)
In conclusion, fuck you Chirenon for stealing my content without permission or credit. And fuck everything you stand for.
This sounds very familiar… Oh that’s right: I’ve had him do the same with my work.
Also, in looking for some images to use the lineart for the coloring book, I found a completed drawing that I never posted from over a year ago. Not sure how I forgot that…
Should I jump on this adult coloring book craze and provide a pdf of lineart for some of my drawings? :P I’m sure it will sell great at cons.
First one is going to be five pages plus some cock doodles. Probably charge a couple bucks for it just cuz I know it will get pirated/shared and I’ll lose control of most of the art. So I’ll make it slightly exclusive to discourage that.
Monks 500 years ago get bored and doodle in the margins of their one-of-a-kind bibles and its called art. I do the same and its called defacing a national treasure. Double standard?
I never played as ghouls but I owned loads of them so the book didn’t really speak much to me.
As a Baali its kind of expected that you have lots of disposable, devoted cannon-fodder. ;) Or as a Tzimisce they serve as your gallery. “Have you seen my latest worked?”
hey, i don't know if you're still looking for witchcraft books, but i was scrolling and just saw the post—look into gemma gary if you think that'd be your thing, specifically the black toad. don't know if it's exactly what you were looking for, but if you can get your hands on it i think you'd appreciate the book either way.
You are a learned and wise anon!
I actually stumbled on Gemma Gary a couple weeks back. I want both the Black Toad and The Devil’s Dozen. My problem is I don’t want the paperbacks, I want the pricey hardcover copies and I can’t convince myself to actually spend the money on them :p
Another miracle of the modern age - seeing woodcuts from a book circa 1500 with only 300 printed copies ever made and thinking “I’d like to read that” and then going to archive.org and actually reading what would have been an impossible to find 500 year old book.
There are three books from my old World of Darkness / Vampire the Masquerade days that I miss:
Clanbook Baali, Infernalism: Path of Screams, and Book of the Wyrm. It shouldn’t surprise anyone that I always played the vilest degenerates in those games :p
I just came up with a better pose for the pic I’ve been working on, but I don’t want to chuck the current drawing. So … you might end up with two very similarly themed images.
Sure its okay for me to use my automatic drawing when it helps local police find a murderer or a missing child, but when I use it to enter bedrooms or see through someone’s clothes its somehow “invasive” and a “crime against decency.”
The soundtrack to Stalker: Shadows of Chernobyl still fills me with instant dread. “Time to start counting bullets and assuming every dot on the horizon is someone who intends to kill me and take my stuff…”
I'm your anon from before and HOLY HELL that picture came out MAGNIFICENTLY! You've truly outdone yourself, it's perfect! (And so hot.) I really enjoyed all the different variations too, I'm glad you posted them all!
Achievement Unlocked: Anon Appeasement.
Thanks! I’m glad its been well received. I was indecisive on minor details and figured posting all of them couldn’t hurt. People can pick the version they like best.
I did an interview for a webzine. I’m not too big a fan of the article title, it sounds sensationalist :p
The biggest takeaway is that I don’t like talking about myself. Which is probably bad in an interview :p I talk a little about my history of drawing and the step-by-step for creating a piece.
Just had our brainstorming session for a sequel to our tremulus game of last year. (Think horror, Call of Cthulhu, sanity shattering stuff)
In 1933, a genocidal chrononaut from the 21st century convinces a cocaine-addled doctor on the breaks to endorse his sickly antiquarian employer’s expedition to the Arctic in search of Hyperborea. The trio travel north to find wrecked dirigibles and ancient civilizations.
I think we may have jumped the shark on this one.
Currently we’re hunkered down in the wreckage of a zeppelin in the midst of a prehistoric polar forest, waiting for the animated skin suits of our dead companions to make another assault on us. I think the 32 human teeth I’ve acquired will be invaluable in our defense.
